polarsanctuary provides commercial property construction services including but not limited to:

• Retail space construction and fit-out

• Commercial property renovation and refurbishment
• Project management and construction consultancy
• Sustainable building and green construction practices

All construction services are subject to separate written agreements that will supplement these Terms. In case of conflict between these Terms and a specific construction contract, the construction contract shall prevail.

User Obligations

When using our website or engaging our construction services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting quotes or services
• Use our website and services only for lawful purposes
• Respect the intellectual property rights of polarsanctuary and third parties

You may terminate your use of our services at any time by discontinuing use of our website and services. However, any ongoing construction contracts will remain subject to their specific termination provisions.

Upon termination, your right to use our website and services will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, liability limitations, and governing law provisions.
